Our Process

|| ORDERING ||

We have 3 options for most designs on our website - Print&Post or Automatic Download.

PRINT & POST - Our prints are made to order. Please allow 7-10 working days for your order to be processed, printed & sent. All items are sent via Australia Post Regular, untracked mail. Tracking and Express Postage can be organised at an additional cost. Orders are packaged in a plastic sleeve with backing board then popped in a rigid, no-bend envelope. Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for damaged or lost goods.

AUTOMATIC DOWNLOAD - Simply choose the item that you love and pop it in your cart. Once you have purchased your print, you will receive a confirmation email followed shortly after by a separate email with a link. Use this link to download your PDF file. Be aware, this link has a maximum of 3 attempted downloads before expiring, we do recommend you save the file to your device for future reference. But please email us if you have any issues.

DIGITAL FILES EMAILED - This option is common for personalised prints. We don't usually print and post personalised prints, unless otherwise stated. You will be required to put information in the notes section at checkout so that your print can be personalised. Please allow up to 3 days to get your file via email. All digital files come as a PDF unless otherwise stated (Christmas Cards come as a JPEG). Please read all listings carefully, as all instructions are noted for easy ordering and to ensure you get what you are expecting.

|| PRINTING ||

Almost all of our A4 prints and JEMminis are available as both physical items and digital files. However, many other items are available only as automatic download at this stage.

All of our files are 300dpi - which means, the quality and resolution are good enough to print up to A2, sometimes A1. However, you need to take into consideration the size of the print you purchased - this is noted on the item description. Most of our prints are A2, some listed as A4. While A4 will print larger, you need to be aware that at times, the 'crispness' may be compromised.

The great thing about automatic downloads is that you get your print instantly! Yay! The PDF can certainly be printed on your home computer, but for a more quality finish, we recommend you get it printed at a professional printing place. A quick online search will find printers in your area. We at JEM are not affiliated with any companies, but have used Snap Printing (snap.com.au) and Office Works personally and have always been stoked with the finish!

While we work hard to ensure that the print you see on screen match the print you get once printed, at times, this is not always the case. Please understand that devices, printers and paper can change the colours slightly from screen to final product.
